        From the minute i spoke to Claire at the kings lynn branch i felt at ease. Claire helped me in every way as we started to pull everything together to make the most wonderful service in repsect of my mother. The staff that came and picked my mum up treated her with such high respect which made me realise i had chosen the right funeral directors. Claire would call me and check i was okay and ask if i needed help. Mark who came round to my house to discuss my mum is an absolute treasure, gave him all the information i could and he made the most remarkable service come true. Lots of people asked me if Mark actually new my mum because he spoke so sincerely about my mum. The service was wonderful such a wonderful treasure of a man thank u Mark. Met Derek the day before and we went through all the final plans to make sure me and the family requests were fully adhered too. He met me at the crematorium along with Mark and from the moment the coffin bearers carried my mum everything flowed with such peace and grace. Thank u to everyone mentioned and more for such a wonderful service my mum would be proud. Thank you from my heart i feel 100% and more that everyrhing went right. THANK YOU
