I took my partners smax for a service. The staff I dealt with were very polite, helpful and professional. I was waiting for the car to be done and the service staff and sales person emma kept me refreshed and up to date on the service. I have bought both my cars from marshall and have no complaints. Reviewing six months after I bought an Astra from Marshall Ford in November 2022 for a more complete picture. Part exchanged my old car. Emma was tremendous throughout the sales process taking place in unpleasant winter weather! Later got to see the after sales after an engine management light came on. Read the code at home already knew the cause myself. How well are you treated after you bought a car? This is the test for me - and its not a franchise car. Dropped car off. Problem identified which was also consistent with my understanding of the fault. Part ordered and fitted and had the car back a day later. Very happy with how that played out. The Astra is excellent and hope it continues to serve me well. Thanks team!

Just purchased a Ford focus from Marshalls of Kings Lynn. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable, fiance was sorted on the actual day and drove away the car within 2 hours . I would have no hesitation of buying a car from Marshalls of Kings Lynn.

Great experience from start to finish. Cheerfull staff, explained exactly what needed doing to my vehicle. Nice clean showroom with an excellent selection of coffees available. Will defo use in the future. A1 guys ....thanks
