It's great most years , I've seen so many bands that I loved growing up , it's a great night out once a year.

Friends invited us up to Kings Lynn for Festival Too, telling us about a free festival and I have to be honest, I was dubious. Free festival? In Kings Lynn?... Well, I got that totally wrong! What a fabulous weekend and brilliant event. All staff were friendly and helpful and all the local bars (we used the Corn Exchange theatre) were well prepared and didn't hike prices for the event. We saw a local school band who rocked, a sister act duo,Heather Small and headlining was Will Young. And all that for FREE!! All the acts were brilliant and we have now planned to make this an annual get together. Volunteers walk through the crowds gathering donations toward keeping the festival going and we were happy to put in some folding money. Worth every penny!! We didn't take any camping chairs, many did and I can see the value of heading early, getting a decent spot in your chairs and then completely dismissing them to dance and sing like maniacs when the acts get going
