I would give no star if there was an option. I had the worst experience at this dental clinic. From start to finish, everything was a disaster. Firstly, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome right from the get-go. Then, when I was finally called in for my appointment, the dentist was just as unpleasant as the receptionist. They were rough and careless, causing me a great deal of pain during the procedure. It was clear that they had no regard for my comfort or well-being. The clinic was also extremely dirty, with unhygienic practices that left me feeling even more uneasy about the whole experience. I left the clinic feeling worse than when I arrived, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the pain and discomfort, and find a different dental clinic.

Paying out the nose for treatment that was not given when I was NHS patient here. Wisdom teeth causing problems for over 10 years no offer to remove could feel all my mouth getting worse, pain, inflammation, bleeding around the wisdom teeth sure some of my teeth have ended up broken by the pressure and impaction of those teeth. Basically forced to go private or find another NHS one (yeah good luck) so became private 2 wisdom teeth ripped out at over 100 each, 2 more to go, broken tooth where I hit my face left in for months due to dentist being unwell, that's now removed but same as where my wisdom teeth have been removed it's been weeks and I cannot eat properly my mouth is sore and I've been given a dental plan of treatment all which needs to be paid before the appointment can be booked around 650+ work to be done. Just got greedy and feel the patient care is gone if I wasn't desperate I'd try get in with another place. I don't even bother ringing if in pain now because even thought their website says they can get you in same day it's usually days later and treatment is around a week after.

Was going here since I was a young child, I am now In my twenties and it has been a few years since an appointment but when I asked about emergency treatment I was turned away even after being referred by NHS 111!

Lynn road dental practice don't care about you, they just want money! suppose to get free dental care when your on maternity leave, that's a joke as there is no NHS service! A failure by the government, dentists and all involved
