Have the worse experience with them. My aunt sent me money for my birthday through Western Union from US. Long story short, they refused to give me the money twice blaming WU. Third time I went elsewhere and got my money without a problem, no stupid questions or scanning my ID. The problem was definitely on their side. Never again.
