Communal service charge is ridiculous. 20.98 a month for bedsit for communal electric alone. For 31 bedsits on site way over 7000 a year. The lights are only on over night. The meter cupboard lights continually come on as ppl pass by. And the communal room outside light is on 24/7. That is a waste of our money. And yet they want us to pay for cleaning of soft furnishings and carpets in internal corridors which we do not have!

Brought my first property through Broadland housing, shared ownership. Ive had nothing but problems since living here, I listed all the defects when moving in, Ive lived here for a year and a half and still waiting for these to be completed. I was given a date to get these fixed, took the day off work so lost a days holiday, sat indoors all day and no one showed up at all. No contact to tell me why, Im furious. Ive never once left a bad review, ever but feel this is so relevant for how Im feeling seeing as I dont seem to get responses through the company itself.

Skeme manager lied to me don't believe anything that they say and rip you off on commmunil charges
