        I had new windows fitted through out by Colin Dawson Windows in 2014 the workmanship and quality were excellent. In 2022 I had a problem with one window with condensation and this was replaced free of charge under the guarantee again excellent. Thank you, Colin Dawson Windows, Michael Godfrey

        Not interested in small orders! We have spent several thousands of pounds with this firm in the past and were always satisfied with their prices and service. Lately we needed one extra replacement window but they weren't the least bit interested, reluctantly promised a quote but they never turned up. As a result they have lost any further business from us, including an upcoming new conservatory, and instead of recommending them to others I now tell people to avoid them. As a result two friends have gone elsewhere with over 10,000 worth of orders.
