Mixed balls completely burnt. Roast pork Chow main with no spices.

1 hour 45 minutes and no food. Order placed at 6.15pm, told we will have food delivered in an hour. 7.40pm called up to ask where the food was. She said the driver knocked on the front door with no answer and called. Explained we are sitting on the sofa next to the front door and on our phones..nobody came to the door (even checked CCTV and no person came to our house). She got the driver to call us, he had no idea where our house was, which is expected as its not the easiest to find. So we explained and told him our neighbours business address which comes up on Google. He said yes that's 3 minutes away so my husband went to stand outside. 10 minutes later no sign. It's 8.05pm at this point..after a very long and intense day we were so hungry. We called at 8.05pm to say we are cancelling as its been nearly 2 hours and no sign of any food. If we didn't call they wouldn't have said anything. Also no apology for the royal mess up for messing us around

Absolutely rancid, reheated food inedible and unfortunately only after one or two mouthfuls left us ACTUALLY vomiting, your food safety need checking, absolutely awful

Food here was top notch we stayed in the premier Inn near there ordered food for delivery and they deliver with in 20 minutes and really enjoyed it.

REALLY let me down tonight :( Having a little celebration and we ordered from New China, order incomplete and delivery driver couldn't get away fast enough, not at all interested in making sure order was ok. VERY disappointed!!
