I had by pre booked a table and afternoon tea after hearing good things around the town. Well 2 stars is being nice. I agree with other reviews don't expect good service. Staff don't care. Upon booking I told the staff on the phone of 2 allergies imagine the shock when the afternoon tea arrived with one of the allergies and the staff member sighed when I told her. Before we even sat down the same staff member snapped "you get tea or coffee which do you want" We went for tea. It was interesting that we wasn't given an option of tea selection available but the table behind us with afternoon tea were offered a selection of tea to choose from. We spent far too long trying to get one of the 10 staff members attention for more tea but they was not bothered. Food is bang average staff are rude. First and last visit
