        Rude and very ignorant. They use employees working for other banks. So dont expect to talk to nationwide staff who are generally polite. Ive been with them for over 20 years and only had one occasion to ask for help with fraud using my Visa card. And was told because I used my card reader to make payment. It was not covered for fraud and would not get money. So I have stranded small claims. But a number of the directors are based in Pakistan so its going to difficult but we will see and I provide result. My advise transfer your account o monzo ot virgin. Brilliant wish I had done that 20 years ago if they had been there John

        I dont use this branch regularly but during covid my local branch has been on reduced opening hours so have contacted and used this branch. I found them very informative, helpful and polite I was shown how to put money in via a cash machine when the branch is closed. Will be happy to use this branch again.
