I moved from Lloyds as they are closing. I left the Boots on the Hardwick as they was useless to join Lloyds about 5 years ago. Now i dont have a choice & back with Boots. Already i cant get through on the phone "28mins" waiting & nothing. Is my prescription ready i ordered 8 days ago, "I dont know" What a great start with this useless bunch. Plus a rubbish excuse, "We have staff on holiday" SO! This is about medication. Not a loaf of bread.

The only saving grace was Amy on the pharmacy who was really trying. She was amazing with the customers! The main pharmacist was aweful! I would ever put my prescription through here again we where waiting over an hour for simple medication and she was so rude too other people in the queue
