Machines out of order, staff distracted and unattentive. The arrogance of banks still blows my mind.

They have removed the counter!! 2x cash paying in machines both useless took me over 30mins to pay in a large amount of cash due to both machines jamming. Told If I need a counter I have to go to WH Smith/ Post Office :/ i kinda thought thats why banks had branchs :/ :/
