        My wife had a small issue about a payment being made and the lady we spoke to was brilliant and helpful. A real pleasure....Today 2/3/2023. Had a meeting at the Bank today with my wife to discuss banking items and the staff were all very helpful and friendly as usual. We recommend this TSB to you!

        My second time going to this branch & don't rate the staff as being helpful. First time I put some notes/cash into my account and found the member of staff to be rude. Today I wanted to put notes into my account and I detest using any ATM machines to put notes into my account. The branch was not busy at all and I requested I'd rather go to the desk,although a member of staff did offer to help which I declined last minute too much faffing around.Thankfully I can use the post office to deposit money into my account which I will be using more often. The Swaffham branch staff was absolutely fantastic, I don't why TSB decided to close that branch down.
