Absolutely wonderfull. Staff were so helpfull nothing was to much for them, handover was brilliant was informed every step of the way, overall very professional and well mannered

I am always most impressed that the staff at VW KIngs Lynn are always courteous and helpful and I have never experienced anything less than 100% attention with whatever has been my problem. John Austin and his team are both helpful and enthusiastic which cannot be said for many companies at this time of severe financial strain and uncertain worker and management relationships! I have supported VW cars and agencies over the last 20 years and will continue to do so mainly because of the staff and the performance of the cars. Anthony Bevan
