Shane from Arcitek has been very helpful throughout the course of planning for our house extension. He came round and we had a good chat about what we were looking to achieve and delivered some great plans for us, based on those discussions. We hit some bumps along the way with the planning authorities and Shane helped us to navigate those and made adjustments where necessary. He was very patient and in the end the planning got approved, helping us to move forward to the next phase. Very reasonably priced with a good service to boot, would definitely recommend Arcitek!

We have a prominent grade 2 listed building on a high street which required a particular level of expertise to deal with local planning and conservation in order for us to meet the standards required to gain planning consent for the installation of dormer windows to our loft. Arcitek came recommended from our building contractor and have been hands on the entire time. We would thoroughly recommend using Shane at Arcitek as the service and professionalism has been second to none.
