I recently contacted this firm and spoke to Patrick, I explained that I was having problems with my Freeview and Freesat reception and also said I have a Motorised Dish. He came down and the first thing he said was that he didnt do Motorised Dishes. For some reason he was agitated and off, he offered to sell me a new non - Motorised Dish. I asked him if I owed him anything for coming down and he said gimme 20 which I did but since then I found out that I shouldnt have had to pay anything at all..no I will not be using this firm.
