Gas safe southern

On Xmas eve our baxi solo 2 combi boiler decided to stop working. In desperation I called the first company I came across on Google, I should have played the lottery that day because I was very lucky. I spoke to Russel and explained my predicament. Russell explained what I imagined was going to be the case that everywhere for parts was going to be shut until the earliest 29th. If I was lucky enough to find somewhere open before the new year. Without skipping a beat Russel asked me for my address and turned up 15 or 20 minutes later (please.note this is 3pm on Xmas eve) with 3 very good electric heaters so I could keep my little family warm for the the Xmas period. While he was he diagnosed the problem we have managed to locate parts and get some central heating and hot water back before the new year. Didn't want to charge me for the loan of the heaters in fact he didn't even want to take a nice bottle of wine. Thank you so much excellent service would have given a hundred stars if I could. Russell from Gas safe southern was recommended to me for boiler servicing. I phoned and he was able to fit us in the next day. Arrived on time, was polite, clean and very accommodating. He was happy to talk through and explain all the works, price was exactly as quoted on the phone. Gas safe southern will be doing all of my boiler servicing from now on! I highly recommend them.
