Koula is an amazing psychologist! A different approach to therapy to really focus on the root cause and how to work with the here and now was an unconventional approach to therapy I have not even considered let alone be open to but one that has turned my life around for the better! Koula is really personable, listens and shares insights and snippets that can be understood. The quirky videos and homework really add a different spin and each session made me walk away reflecting on the session and how to incorporate the new learnings in my daily life. Koula is amazing and I would highly recommend her services!

Koulas experience and techniques were invaluable to me during my experience of lifes challenges. My depression and anxiety were challenged by myself head on after koulas complete support and understanding of my needs. Koula is a wonderful lady and a pleasure to work with. Thank you again. I consider myself very lucky to have met Koula. She helped me through a tough time. I still use the coping mechanisms and therapy that she taught me and so do my family, friends and colleagues. I refer to those little gems of wisdom as Koulaisms.

Dr Koula was of great help to me and always available when I needed her. She is kind and understood my worries. She challenged me to face my fears in order to deal with them permanently rather than temporarily. She gave me the umbrella I needed to shelter from life's problems for that I am very grateful
