Terrible communication, extortionate fees, unbelievable poor solicitors. Couldnt not recommend more. Wouldnt mind paying the high feels if you got a service which was reflected. This is a big case of paying more doesnt mean a better service. Biggest issue was their own choice of solicitor which I refused to use as again they wanted an Arm and a leg for a simple transaction. I was then penalised for not using them and received the poorest service Ive ever received in my 7 years in property. We had to escalate a complaint to the highest level just to get them to reply to an email! Wish I could give 0* only reason we have a mortgage with them now is because Id already paid the extortionate upfront fees.

As a commercial broker of a certain age, I have an aversion to form filling, especially online. Of all the BTL Mortgage Broker Portals, however, I find Keystone's the easiest to navigate, upload documentation, and file notes for consideration. It allows me to follow and participate in the underwriting process on a daily basis which is critical to keeping my Clients informed and happy. Behind this Portal is a team who are prepared to listen and take onboard my observations, often going the extra mile in getting a deal over the line.
