First time acquired the services from WIS Mortgages, and the team was excellent in finding me number of deals and clearly explaining the pros and cons of each deal. Their know how with the required documentation especially for contractors were exceptional. The customer service you provided was outstanding, you went above and beyond and dealt with all the stresses involved in finding a mortgage lender. Not only did you find me the best deal, but also consistently kept me updated. As a first time buyers we had very little understanding of mortgage. You were so helpful in making us understand all of the formalities and helping us to decide which mortgage would be best for us, whilst the Case Manager ensured we collated all the details needed and kept us up to date on progress.
