Bought a car with a 3 year warranty package. Clutch was replaced under this warranty no problem. However the aircon required repair and was told the warranty company would not cover. After contacting the warranty company we found the garage had not even contacted them just assumed was not covered. I have asked them on several attempts to submit my claim to see if it is covered they even took pictures to do this. After waiting 5 weeks + I have given up getting any kind of cooperation with this garage. I chased a million times and to be told yes we will do it today. It has been left so long that the warranty company would not even cover now. Do not sell warranty packages when you cant be bothered to deal with them. We paid 500 for the warranty so would expect a better service. Will not be using this garage for repairs/servicing any more either and will be advising everyone to avoid. Service: Air conditioning

I bought a lovely car from Kingshill Garage, after buying the car there was a problem with it - they booked it in to a specialist and had it repaired - great customer service and would highly recommend

Brought a car last week and they are a great garage. They are not 'salesman' unlike a lot of places. No pressure, spoke to both myself and husband equally. The cars are ready and clean to test drive. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
