        We had developed an underfloor heating issue in our kitchen. One side had stopped heating. We phoned UFH and was booked in for the following week. Brad the heating engineer turned up and got straight into the job. He was freindly ,professional, curtious and skilled at what he did. He knew straight away what the problem was and how to solve it. Brilliant service , highly recommended!!

        We were honestly very sceptical of the possibility of UFH Services or anyone finding and repairing the fault on our heat mat under a large tiled floor, but they gave us the confidence to go ahead following a chat on the phone. The engineer did exactly as promised and found the precise point of the mat failure, very sensitively removed a single tile, explained how the fault had occurred, repaired it, tested it and demonstrated the floor working. We had the tile replaced later and the floor is now back working again. I am still amazed they managed to do this and highly recommend their service.
