        extremely terrible customer service by one rude female agent cut off the phone decided to take it upon herself to be unprofessional on my on my way to a viewing

        Was purchasing a property through KHP and got very close to completion before it fell through. Turns out they had marketed it again last minute as the vendor wanted a higher price but KHP didnt even think about telling us. Emily outright lied to us when questioned about it. Brad and Julie also seemed to be dishonest. Cost us thousands of pounds in surveys and legal fees but they didnt seem to care. No honesty or transparency. This is why estate agents have bad names.
