Nanny central came to the rescue for me this summer after an accident that left me with a broken ankle and a very lively 2 year old son! I needed help getting my son ready, to and from nursery and help at the weekends when my husband was on shifts to make sure my son was entertained and kept safe especially when I wasn't allowed to weight bear for 6 weeks after surgery! My family needs were really bespoke and Samantha and Hayley set to find a solution for me. The response was fantastic and the ladies that have helped us through this really difficult time were fabulous, really supportive, kind and understanding to both me and my son. I would highly recommend Nanny Central services based on my experience.

We were contacted by this agency when we were looking for a nanny. They sent us 4 unsuitable candidates, who didn't fulfill our criteria, but having invested so much time we decided to give one a chance. When things didn't work out after 4 weeks, we contacted them to ask for a refund of the placement fee as per their terms and conditions. After one phone call they refused to speak to me and instead sent increasingly aggressive emails. They refused to return any money on the feeble excuse that we had arranged to pay the nanny in cash for some of the extra hours she was working for us. Even though the nanny not only agreed to, but requested it. They pride themselves in vetting nannies but really all they do is contact nannies looking for jobs in local forums and check that they have the basic documents such as a DBS & first aid. The nanny was completely unsuitable and unscrupulous, yet they chose to continue working with her as for them that means another placement fee, whereas they had no more to gain from us financially.
