I had the pregnancy massage and honestly cannot praise it enough. Rachel knew exactly what I needed and catered the massage especially for me. She took her time to make sure I was relaxed and comfortable throughout. So happy to have found Harmonia Therapies and I'll definitely be back after baby is here to work on my shoulders.

I've been going to see Rachel for a couple of years. From starting with pregnancy massages, she also really helped during post-partum phase. Whenever I make an appointment, she always takes the time to have a conversation first so that she can tailor my treatments. It's always such a lovely and calming atmosphere, I'm always looking forward to my next massage. Thanks for looking after me!
