AVOID! Absolutely awful service and no response to emails. Ordered 2x Day 2 antigen tests and they failed to provide the log in details for one of our tests to submit the data; no assistance provided by the company when this information was requested. They have scammed us of our money and do not appear to want to hold any accountability. I will be seeking legal advice. Furthermore they were extremely slow to produce the negative result certificate for the test that they managed to complete correctly. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Edit: Since this review was published I have had communication over email and the customer service team have since helped me locate the missing test. This could have been quickly rectified should they have responded to our first email a week before this, however I will give credit where it is due and they successfully resolved the issue I had.

I ordered the Day 2 test kit on 1st December, as I was arriving in England on Thursday 2nd December. The test kit did not arrive until 8th December, and the results arrived by email on Saturday 11 December. I email YCT MedLabs on day 4 and 5, and after receiving the test kit because in the end, I had to isolate for 9 days anyway, and no reply to this day. Very disappointing never again.

My covid test was booked directly from abroad before I boarded the plane.Got my passenger locator form number immediately. It was an efficient service and my day 2 and Day 8 test kits were delivered immediately. I took the two test and got my result immediately. My fit to fly back home was also done with them. Very very efficient, prompt in delivering their services and their charges were ok compared with others

Absolutely useless! I would leave 0 star rating if I could. Be prepared to wait 8-10 days for a result!
