I'm a customer in Hampshire and regularly see performance so poor that I can't make calls and I can't stream anything. Absolutely rubbish

Loyalty counts for nothing. Avoid if you can If you have any other choice of provider, honestly, go with them. They offer a part time service. Closed at weekends. Fast service when its up, but in recent months has regularly dropped on a Friday or Saturday, only to be restored when the office opens again on a Monday. Today my router has stopped working, and despite paying more than 60 a month for the service, they are demanding a further 125 for a replacement router - or demanding that I enter a new 18 month contract with them. Unless youre in my situation, with Call Flow as the owner of the fibre in my street, choose a reliable and decent provider.
