From the sales team ( Janet ) to the guys who did the installation it all went like clockwork and the speed IS Trooli 300+ no down time and solid as a rock 10/10

Been with Trooli since they went live on our estate, just reached the end of the 18-month contract. Brilliant service, only had a day or so with issues when someone took out a BT pole in our area. Speed is reliable and what's quoted on my account, unlike BT and Sky.

Trooli awful company. Totally avoid at all costs it's a scam of a company with prices over the odds for internet that has had multiple blackouts from the year I've used it. Which has lead to internet being off for 2 days which can affect working from home. Also, if you won a free year of broadband with them avoid they will charge you thousands to install and to beware they put you in a 18 month contract for the first 12 months.Their swindling customer services will then charge you a early termination fee in the hundreds if you don't want to continue after the free year. Shoddy and the worst company Ive ever dealt with
