I use get going as ive had a kidney transplant and they offer insurance at a reasonable cost. During a recent holiday my 1 year old child fell with rotavirus despite being vaccinated as recommended, and needed to be hospitalised. The insurance company were generally very efficient and helpful. The only feedback i would give is that the case was passed to an underwriter to review and this caused significant delays to our childs discharge. When I rang to find out why there was a delay we were informed that gastroenteritis in a 1 year old due to rotavirus should have been automatically approved. We were offered an apology and the insurance company did contact the hospital immediately and we were subsequently released, so no major complaints, I would just suggest future vigilance with things like this. However, all in all very happy with the service and I definitely feel that they helped us to navigate a very stressful and horrible situation. Thank you

The holiday was fantastic, your insurance cover suited all our needs, but luckily we didn`t need to make a claim

Quite honestly don't waste your money with this insurance company they won't pay out even if you have a legitimate claim not even for 20. The policy quite clearly states delays of over 12 hours pays out 10 .my wife and I were delayed 13 hours . Its not the money its the principle, would it be the same outcome if you had a more serious claim. I won't put my trust in them again

Have been searching for the right travel insurance for weeks, found this one through comparison site but cheaper to go direct through website. Thought policy document not received emailed last night super prompt response this morning from Charlotte hopefully won't need to use the insurance but already feel happier with quick emails and they sound lovely on customer care from there emails
