UNBELIEVABLE. BEEN DIVORCED 8 YEARS AND CLARION WILL NOT REMOVE MY EX WIFE'S NAME FROM MY RENT. IF I DON'T KNOW WHERE SHE IS WHAT DO I DO TO HAVE IT REMOVED. THERE ANSWER GO TO CITIZENS ADVICE.. ABSOLUTE JOKE. I REALLY DON'T THINK THEY GOT A CLUE. IF I COULD SCORE NO STARS THEN I WOULD. SOMEONE CALLED MARIA CALLED ME AND I HAVE TO SAY SHE IS CLUELESS. THE PERSON WHO JUST KEEPS SAYING IN CONVERSION IF THAT MAKES SENSE. NO YOU MAKE NO SENSE.USELESS!!!!!

Absolutely disgraceful service. flat members have breached there tenancy and clarion turn a blind eye. Plus they have members of family working for them and they help there families. which I find a conflict of interest

If I could put zero stars I would....Awful, Terrible, no people skills, no idea.We had a leak from the water tank in the attic on the 27th May, water coming out of light fittings in the bedroom and kitchen also the light switch in the bedroom, if I and my husband hadn't half emptied the tank in the attic and turned off the water the damage could have been catastrophic, we had to argue the toss about having a dehumidifier, which is STILL HERE, we were told to leave it a week to dry out naturally, REALLY, !! was it because it was a Friday and a bank holiday weekend, I would say YES. I had to take a days holiday for them to reconnect electrics made safe by electrician on the 27th May, the appointment was 24th June for reconnection, all that time with no light in the kitchen. Guess what WE'RE STILL WAITING FOR THE DAMAGE TO BE ASSESSED AND REPAIRED, we have a big crack and lots of water damage in the kitchen bedroom and airing cupboard, we never ask for anything normally, we would do repairs ourselves, this one is beyond us. No contact , no touching base to say it's in hand they'll be in touch, NOTHING,
