Flow were brilliant, they responded on a Sunday evening and came out as agreed the next morning, on time and polite they fixed the issue and made good the repair. They provided the cost breakdown before they started work and were clean and efficient. If I ran a company I'd run it like this! Go with the Flow, highly recommended.. Excellent experience from start to finish. Very competitive price and great communication with Nathan regarding quote, visit and arranging everything. He sent Tommy over to visit our place and to assess the situation.Tommy is such a lovely young man. He came later to install a few ceiling light fittings, relocate a socket and install an electric radiator and did a fantastic job. Tommy was neat and tidy and cleaned up after the work. Nathan and Tommy were fantastic when trying to sort out some very dodgy electrics without the expense and upheaval of a full rewire. They kept us fully informed from the start and were really helpful with suggestions of how we could keep the cost down. They worked very hard and didnt give up, even when finding the source of the problem was proving difficult. They were friendly, professional and were always there when they said they would be.
