Cant complain whatsoever. New to the practice, called at 08:30 managed to get an appointment after 10 min wait, had an appointment with the doctor at 12:00 same day for my son and myself, I think a lot of the negative views on here are harsh. Reception team and Doctor both top class. Keep up the great work.

You would have more luck contacting aliens than booking an appointment here. Staff are rude and unable to organise anything! If I could give it 0 I would, I have no idea how this place is still running.

If I could give this doctors surgery zero stars I would. The receptionists are as rude as they come. If youre not happy in your job or cant handle the pressure of working in such an important role then you shouldnt be in it. People call stressed, anxious and worried about themselves or someone theyre caring for and they should be spoken to with empathy and understanding not cold, rude and down right out of order tones. Dr. Refused to see my son and assumed it was viral and my boy ended up in hospital. The place is a disgrace and if wasnt the only doctors thats in our area I wouldnt be going at all. Awful awful place

Utterly useless. Not blaming any individual here, but it is absolutely impossible to even get an appointment. Awful.
