Absolutely love going to pole class with Safina, such a fun but challenging way to get fit a learn some sexy moves along the way, have met some lovely people and am addicted to it! would recommend for anyone wanting to get fit have fun and meet new friends to join up with pussycat poles.

I first started at pussycat poles in Kings Hill in may this year on their beginners course. I had learnt somewhere else before hand with a different company so knew what to expect from a pole class. I went to the lesson on my own, and managed to find the community centre easy enough from the directions given to me. I felt welcomed straight away by Fi, the instructor. I am now on the platinum course and have built up my upper body strength again. I have already introduced one of my friends to this course and i would recommend this to anyone as I love it. I also look forward to the different workshops..... sexy pole... vertical... doubles. Fi is an amazing teacher and doesn't get frustrated with anyone. nothing is taken too seriously and you get to have fun whilst learning some pretty impressive moves. definitely a must try for everyone :)

I have been dancing with Pussycat Poles for 18 months and can honestly say that it is absolutely brilliant. Safina is a fantastic instructor with lots of skill and patience. Her lessons are always fun and nothing is too much trouble. The Kings Hill school is very welcoming and everyone has fun whilst getting fit. It is great for strength and muscle tone and has many different levels so there is no chance of getting bored. Highly recommended.

The wonderful team at Pussycat Poles helped me so much! I went to a beginners course on my own feeling a bit nervous, the instructor was friendly and made everything so easy to understand. I enjoyed so much I've been poling now for 18mths and I love it, can't recommend them highly enough!
