They were employed to do the building inspections on our single story rear extension. When the works were completed and we just needed a sign off, they asked us to provide photos and results of tests etc that had either never before been mentioned or already been provided. I imagine that some of the details have been lost internally due to personnel changes and lock-down being generous. Though to me it seems a bit more like incompetence. Service: Remodeling

I used Wilkinson Construction to carry out a fire inspection for a communal area in an apartment block. Girls in the office dealt with all my questions and got me booked in, inspector that came out was really professional and explained all aspects of the report for me. Would absolutely use again

I recommend the use of Wilkinson's as Approved Inspectors for any building project. They are valuable, proactive team members, providing answers as well as asking critical questions. Knowledgeable, credible and authoritative.
