        I would highly recommend the British Assessment Bureau to any company wanting to find a professional certification provider. Our auditor Ryan Cox is very knowledgeable and has helped us greatly to improve our processes and procedures. All staff are friendly and easy to deal with and we are very happy with the support they provide.

        By far one of the most hypocritical organisations ever encountered. If there was an option to give minus stars this would have been selected. Very poor customer service who provide no value added service once they get your money. No self assessment or evaluation to themselves on their own Custer service or satisfaction protocols. More of a case of one rule for those that they assess and another for themselves. No consistency in their interpretation or communications of the UKAS or ISO standards. Just another money grubbing organisation looking to just waste businesses times by spinning out well intentioned rules for their own profit. Case in point being their standard process to constantly sell further self improvement classes @ 600 incl VAT a pop to pass standards on service that they themselves do not measure themselves against.
