As an installer I would say the boiler seems to be one of the best on the market (hold their own with the likes of Viessmann, Worcester-Bosch or Vaillant) and with lifetime warranty on heat exchanger and 10 year warranty on the boiler and controls they seem pretty confident in their boilers. However it is actually not the boiler that won us over, its their customer support. They have invested millions into support and aftercare last few years and it has paid off - they are putting every other manufacture to shame, every single one.
