As it is in a busy road there can be waiting time during the peak hour. But the staff are friendly and helpful, so I have always been happy to come back again!
Vegetarian options: Prep has quite a variety of vegetarian dishes. In fact, there are Prep Vegetarian Branches, one of which is located in Canary Wharf.

The only place in the WORLD where water (1.90) is more expensive than coffee (1.50) . And the coffee is better than Starbucks lol .
