Be careful - potentially fraud I recently had a very negative experience with the staff hiring agency "LittleOnes", and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning to others. Based on my experience, the agency is operating dishonest and fraud business. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with them to read this review. My troubles began when I was dealing with a recruitment consultant who pressured me to make an offer on a candidate quickly by "clicking a button" in the received email. The consultant created a sense of urgency by claiming that the candidate was in high demand and had other trials and interviews lined up. He convinced me that to proceed to a second day of the trial period with the candidate, I needed to make an offer to confirm my serious intentions. Despite my reservations, I complied, but soon after that reconsidered and provided written notice that I did not want to proceed with the placement. The consultant did not take my decision well and became even more pushy, bombarding me with calls and messages and even offering me another trial day with the candidate over the phone. Despite my reservations, I agreed to the additional trial day, but it only confirmed my earlier concerns that the candidate was not a good fit for my needs. When I informed the consultant of this, I received a message stating that the placement had already been made and that any further discussion would have to go through his manager. The manager then wrote me an email threatening me with legal action and court proceedings, despite my written statement that I did not want to proceed with the placement. In summary, the agency lied to me about the trial period and demanded payment for a placement that I had explicitly stated I did not want to make and never took place. Based on my experience and the hundreds of similar reviews I have seen online, I believe that "LittleOnes is engaging in dishonest and fraudulent practices, and I strongly advise anyone considering working with this agency to avoid them at all costs. Update: They have flagged my review on trustpilot and made a money claim on us. I wish I had done my research and avoided unnecessary explanations and waisted time.
