I had an amazing experience with GLP while looking for a flat to rent with my partner. Jessica and Becky were handling our renting process. They are extremely proficient and great at communication. I recently tried to use this estate agent to rent a property in Central London. I was misinformed and mislead throughout the process, they initially offered a 12 month contract as I only needed the place for a year, then insisted that the contract had to be 36 months in length (presumably to drum up more commission from the unknowing landlord). After sending bank statements, proof of home ownership etc., I had to pull out at the contract stage as they refused to alter the contract length to what they initially offered; wasted two weeks of my time where I could've been looking for another place. Stay away!
