Had an appointment for today. Arrived and it was shut. I wasn't informed of this at All!! I have now wasted time and money getting there

Rude and unpleasant customer service I booked a voucher for two sports massages on Groupon for CA Medical. I arrived for the second one, and was told my appointment had been the day before. The incredibly brusque receptionist refused to rebook me another appointment as a goodwill gesture. I asked why I didnt get a call when I didnt arrive, to tell me I had an appointment, and the receptionist suggested that I may have deleted the call record - accusing me of lying! She also said that the customer is always right is only a saying. As the appointment was made over the phone, I unfortunately had no evidence of the initial booking. Incredibly poor customer service and I suggest this place is to be avoided.

Very cold receptionist she seems that she cant be bothered to even help or change your appointment even when you say that you had an emergency ! I will never come again to this place !

I booked 2 1hr treatments here via Groupon. When I booked, they informed me that there was a long wait so I booked the first of the 2 at the next available time, in May (which was after the expiry date of the voucher). A few days before the appointment, I received a text saying that it was cancelled due to refurbishment, and that I should call them to rearrange, with the next appointments available in July. Might I add that I live next door and walked past the day of my appointment and the following week and it still seemed to be operational.... Only this past week have I seen any refurb-type work starting! I have called them close to a dozen times since that text and not one has been answered. Several months and no treatments later, I don't know how to proceed as I can't get a refund as the coupon is past the refund date! Seems like a scam to me. Anyone have a recommended solution? Thanks
