Had a blood test done, fainted because I hate them and the nurses were so amazing I was incredibly embarrassed and they were so lovely and got everything done within 3 mins amazing staff thank you for all the help!

Really terrible experience I went today for Phlebotomy ( blood test ) The lady poked the needle deep into my arm and fiddling ( pulling out the needle and pushing ) whole day it was painful. I never had this kind of experience. Unprofessional and inexperienced staffs

I went to Hunter Street Health Centre for a Blood Test to ensure I can safely take a medication. They told me the results would be reported to my GP in five days. It took over a month with my GP emailing them repeatedly. Then when they finally got the results they told me that the liver screen which they'd requested on my form wasn't included and that I'd need to get a whole new blood test! I don't know if this is their fault or the lab's but either way this is completely unacceptable!

Very helpful staff, however I have done several blood test there and in two times the analysis cannot be done because the sample is too old. I have received incomplete medical analysis due to this situation and after 6 months I am still calling my gp to get blood test in other place. Also I think the facilities and the place is quite deficient for a blood test center. Only chairs separate by paper walls (?). I do not think it is the correct place for blood test. It looks like a provisional center.
