        Absolutely rubbish ruined my Christmas Prior to what you may, think I emailed you Friday to ask if the details I submitted were correct Ive got no reply. I emailed you again on Monday to ask if the details are given were correct no reply. I also emailed you on Tuesday to ask if all the details Ive given were correct, and if I should further anything more no reply, the only time Ive got a reply was Wednesday when I decided to phone and was told that there was this problem had somebody look at my case and seen all the emails I had sent we wouldnt have this problem. Thats why I made the comment I made, and I stick by it.

        Always check your policy, i have been mislead and lied to by transport friendly reps about sickness benefits. Had to recently self isolate for 2 weeks and only got paid for 3 days. have been with them for 4+ years and this is the first claim I made. It took 3 weeks to chase down what's happening
