        I cant even express my gratitude to the work this organisation does in support of people, who like myself, would otherwise get totally lost without the essential income support. I have been granted the second hardship fund, meaning that despite being unable to continue my work, I am now able to support my essential living costs and pass this period with some humility, hoping for the better days to come!         Having problems with my 2nd phase application but they made the effort to call me to explain what had gone wrong and help me re-apply. Fingers crossed! Its been a mix of mistakes from both ends but they are doing their best and theor COVID-19 support fund has been amazing.
