Service not bad.
Location close to Eurostar station.

Pluses: 24h reception, room cards that also opened the main entrance, good breakfast, helpful staff (we even had an early check-in because the room was ready!), warm rooms with instant heating, secure luggage storing, room service everyday, toiletries, kettle in the room, usb slots for charging above the bed, hot water in the showers, staff helped us order taxi for a big group of people and it all came on time. Totally recommend!! :)
Tips: if you like the darkness in the room, bring the sleeping mask
There is no elevator/lift
Bring bottled water unless you like the tap water
Ironing -> theres a board that you can take up to your room to iron clothes (which I did to the 3rd floor and it was quite a challenge), thats why Id recommend dry cleaners which is just around the corner.
