This property, a short walk from kings cross and St Pancras is perfect for a one night stay if you're catching an early train. Plenty of places to walk to for food, shopping etc. There are different levels of rooms here and we chose a triple as we needed two beds and this was the only option. I will warn you it is SMALL, but had everything we needed. Did I mention it was small? If we were staying multiple nights it would have presented a problem, but we had just taken a 10 hour international flight, a long tube ride, and just needed a clean and quiet place to sleep. If this is your need for lodging, you should be happy here. Service was friendly, and the key situation was well explained and we were walked to our room. If you have an early train, make sure you have express checkout as reception will not be staffed very early in the morning.

There were ants in the room that got into our luggage. They were still crawling out of our luggage at the train station. Very embarrassing. The manager says they have closed the hole that the ants used to enter the room. It was 25C in the room. We tried turning off the heater, but it didn't cool the room. We tried opening the window but there was a burning plastic smell outside that caused headaches. In order to talk to the front desk, I needed to walk outside in the rain in single digit temperatures just before midnight. Their advice didn't solve the issue and I was too exhausted to walk out into the cold again to ask for help a second time. I had hoped one of the two people at the front desk would have come to our room to help but in fairness I didn't ask them to. There is an AC unit in the room that we weren't allowed to use unless we had booked it in advance. There is also a phone that isn't connected and can't be used to call the front desk, guests are told to walk to the next building instead of calling. When we asked about it later we were told that the room was not advertised as having a working phone. The guy who checked us in was really nice. The bed was comfortable. The location was great. Noteworthy details: Ants that got into our luggage. No temperature control.
