Discussed with this place and company, had a stay book now for nearly a year through booking.com, just found out it no longer trading so now left trying to find alternative accomodations for me and little girl. I will be taking this further if I hadn't found out now then in 3 weeks I'd of been walking the streets of London with a child and suitcases NOT acceptable

This place ceased to exist as a hotel in 2020. It is now a shelter for the homeless. OYO still process payments for bookings and getting a refund takes ages! What's more, when you contact OYO you speak with arguably the worst customer service representative in history, with no sympathy for what has happened and a denial that they even have other hotels anywhere in the London area. Absolutely appalling - based on my experience OYO are basically crooks!
