Raval Dental Surgery

Dentist kept changing my mums appointment 3 times saying dentist is not in but when I went down to have a word the dentist just finished with a private patient. So due to being under NHS they refused treatment by lying and saying the dentist ain't in appalling service this branch should be closed permanently!!

This place seems to be a ghost location. They can not be serious. Five back to back cancellation of appointments. Dentist apparently sick. Of his profession?

I took my daughter to this dentist. This place is awful! The staff were unhelpful and the dentists didnt want to help and didnt care and they wanted to carry out unnecessary treatment on my daughter when she didnt need it! DONT GO HERE!!!!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!!

Awful practice, the new dentist will mess up your treatment and instead of trying to correct it will only explain her limitations and ask you to pay extra unnecessarily. I got a crown in summer, I expressed my desired outcome which was agreed, but tooth that came back from lab was completely different and didn't resemble adjacent front tooth, it was also discoloured which was not at all what I was reasonably expecting for band 3. The dentist will try to shame you into paying further and make you feel bad when you explain you are unsatisfied, it's a very rude and unpleasant environment to be in nevermind receiving treatment from them. I have since complained and they have only tried to offer an insult of a gesture of goodwill rather than corrective treatment, and the dentist also lied about treatment outcome telling me this was what she told me to expect prior to treatment to save herself from the embarrassment of incompetence. I'd give zero stars if I could, it's in your best interests to avoid Raval Dental Surgery.
