        As a private individual who sometimes struggles with IT at a fairly basic level, I have found over the years that TFS have consistently provided fast, efficient, friendly and - when required - patient support at a reasonable cost. I cannot fault them and would recommend them to anyone at any level of IT competence, whatever their business or personal requirements.

        Most first line engineers I have known would have been phased by this request & batted it off to 2nd, or 3rd line. I think it speaks a lot for TFS's level of training & engineer autonomy to solve issues for themselves that this didn't happen
