I had the rudest experience with a lady on the phone here for absolutely no reason. Here's how the conversation went: I ask if they're open, the lady says "no". I ask if they're open tomorrow, the lady says "no". I ask when are they open? The lady says "when it's not a holiday".(it happens to be the Good Friday long weekend in the UK, so I thought that made sense). I asked okay, what are your hours so I can visit when it's not a holiday? The lady says "Use Google to see our hours." It takes a few seconds to verbally tell me what their hours are especially when I've called you up, but that's alright. Unfortunately, I did try visiting this place a few weekends ago around 6:30pm but they were closed (even though it wasn't a holiday and according to Google, they were open till 7:30pm). So I mention this to the lady to clarify their working hours. Her response? "Google is not our boss. If you need to find out when we are open, you can figure it out on the website." She not only contradicted herself by first asking me to check Google, and then saying Google is not her boss, but she also had no manners whatsoever in speaking to a person who's made the effort to call her store. I live in the area and you just lost a customer and all my friends! Cheers! UPDATE ON OWNERS RESPONSE: I received calls and messages to my personal phone number from the salons number after posting my experience. They were not pleasant and Im happy to add screenshots. It appears that the owner has shared private information such as my mobile number as part of the response. This is a prime example of the lack of decency I encountered. Thank you for sharing my number if anyone reading this contacts me, youll know Im a real person and I can tell you about my experience including the phone calls and sms that were sent to me!
