Big Chill

Fun venue with a nice rooftop terrace and reasonable prices on the whole, with a large selection of refreshments available. Good amount of seating area also available inside and on the terrace upstairs, and the venue also has a fairly sizeable dancing area. However, something must have been off with the speakers as the music sounded distorted, which was a massive shame. Additionally, the terrace area closed at some point in the evening, which meant that we had to leave the venue for smoking.

I went for bottomless brunch and was not particularly impressed. Ill start with the positives - the staff were attentive, and they were very quick to top up drinks. The two stars are for the staff and the taste of the drinks! However, the food was really not good; I had the Full Mexicana and it was bad. Greasy, oily, flavourless - I couldnt finish it because it tasted that bad. The refried beans are just bland baked beans with a few black beans in, and the rest of the food is covered by oil like its been sitting in it for 10 hours prior to being slapped in the grill for 5 minutes. Wouldnt go back, and not worth the price overall.
